We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who knows how to make digital experiences clear, user-friendly and visually strong. Can you work independently, take initiative, but also know how to collaborate within a team? Then this is the opportunity for you!

Your role

As a UX/UI Designer at AXASTUDIOS, you will work on a wide range of digital projects for various clients. You contribute from the very first idea, translate needs and goals into smart designs, and ensure that users can find their way intuitively. In close collaboration with our developers, your designs are brought to life.

In addition to online projects, we sometimes also work on offline materials. A broad creative perspective is therefore a great plus. We find it important that you take initiative, bring new ideas, and know how to inspire colleagues with your knowledge, experience and enthusiasm.

Your responsibilities

Among other things, you will be involved in:

• Coming up with and developing digital concepts
• Designing websites, webshops and online applications
• Creating wireframes, prototypes and visual designs
• Translating client needs into user-friendly UX/UI solutions
• Collaborating with developers to properly translate designs into working products
• Maintaining consistency, usability and visual quality
• Contributing ideas on new trends, tools and creative solutions

What you bring

• A healthy dose of enthusiasm, creativity and curiosity
• Experience with Figma
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign
• A feel for UX, UI, interaction and visual design
• Experience with responsive design, grids and mobile-first design
• You can work independently and take initiative
• You are solution-oriented, communicative and enjoy working together
• You are up to date with trends in digital design
• Affinity with AI tools
• And of course: a sense of humor
